MY COACHING STORY

 Hi!  I'm Lindsay!  I specialize in helping children and adults use mindfulness and intentional habits to turn challenges into opportunities. I first learned about coaching during a particularly rough phase in my own life where I was struggling to keep moving forward. My mental and physical health were in a really vulnerable place and I had to collect a few more tools to help me navigate that stretch of living.  The things I learned and practiced were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to share my wisdom and experience to strengthen others.  I love supporting people through rough patches and seeing them come out stronger and more resilient.  If there's anything I know or have experienced, you're welcome to it!  If this is your first time to the site, I invite you to check out the Mindfulness Subscription page.  Adopting a mindfulness practice a great place to start!
