Create an affirmation that connects you to your bigger "why" and then make choices each day that move you closer to your goal. During my intense healing phase, I had a sign up that said "I am building tomorrow's body with the choices I make today" to encourage me to make choices for a stronger, more resilient body.

In order to show up for your people you need to come to terms with the fact that you can't constantly be last on the priority list. Learning to make self-care a priority can be fun and by learning simple daily practices to keep your body healthy you'll be modeling healthy living for everyone in your life.
