ave conversations.  When you decide to tackle your Hashimoto's you are going to need support.  Talk to the people closest to you about how they can offer you support.

mbrace Epigenetics.  Epigenetics is the study how genes interact with each other and the environment.  When you decide to tackle Hashimotos you embrace the idea that genes can be turned off and turned on.  You recognize healing is a process and curiosity about your genetics is one of your biggest tools.

ffirm & Act with Intention. When you look for signs of healing you find them.  Create an affirmation that connects you to your bigger "why" and then make choices each day that move you closer to your goal. During my intense healing phase, I had a sign up that said "I am building tomorrow's body with the choices I make today" to encourage me to make choices for a stronger, more resilient body.

ove yourself (too). Self-care is crucial for anyone with Hashimotos.  In order to show up for your people you need to come to terms with the fact that you can't constantly be last on the priority list.   Learning to make self-care a priority can be fun and by learning simple daily practices to keep your body healthy you'll be modeling healthy living for everyone in your life.
