I've never done a cleanse before, what should I expect?
Expect to connect with others who are stressed right now and need some help to reset eating habits and remember how to relax. Expect to learn a lot about healthy digestion, expect to learn new recipes and new habits and expect to feel refreshed and rejuvenated after spending 3 weeks focusing on your wellness.
Why should I cleanse?
Ayurveda, the sister of yoga, teaches that cleansing is an important practice in the spring and fall as the season changes. Cleansing helps the body clear out toxicity before winter. When we cleanse 2x year we get in the habit of supporting the body's effort to reset and we can reset our digestion and our habits around nourishment.
What if I can't make the calls?
Each of the zoom calls will be recorded so if you happen to miss one, no problem! You can listen in and reach out to me if you have any questions.
I'm not flexible and I've never done yoga or meditation before. Is that a problem?
No problem at all! I love introducing people to yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. These practices have helped me navigate anxiety, infertility, grief, and a myriad of other challenging experiences. I believe in the rejuvenating power of thse practices so I love teaching them to beginners!
